I hold a Masters in British and Irish Literature and a Bachelors in English with a concentration in Technical and Professional Writing both from the University of New Mexico. With over seven years of marketing and professional writing/editing experience, I make it my professional goal to keep up with cutting edge industry standards. Elizabeth is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the home-buying process. I didn’t know the difference between pre-approval and pre-qualification. As a first-time home buyer, I had lots of questions, and she explained everything I needed to know in a very understandable way. Elizabeth was professional and encouraging during the entire process. I am glad to say that I made a new friend in Elizabeth, as her support and knowledge are invaluable to me. The Pandemic has really put a damper on things, but doing virtual home tours with Elizabeth really has been a highlight! I like to rank real estate agents by how quickly they respond to my emails, and in Albuquerque, Elizabeth was definitely the fastest. She also had the best responses to my questions. I should probably start adding my criteria to a list. She did a video tour of the property for me, and her tour was so fun. She did a small bit with showing that the closet could hold a full sized realtor after I asked her how big it was. I didn't like the convents on the property or the PID tax(6000 per year is ludicrous).
Still not sure if ABQ is for me. I am also looking in the Denver area if there are any good recommendations there.

Elizabeth was so fun to work with! We are moving from NYC and still trying to find our dream home, but she has been so responsive I had to write a review. Working with Realtors in NYC is like finding a mouse in your oatmeal. They are hard to find and leave a bad taste in your mouth when you get one. So far all the showings have been virtual, but we are really looking forward to meeting her in person!
